Mafkod provides a platform that connects people who have lost items with those who have found them. We facilitate communication between users but do not take possession of any items.

When posting content on Mafkod:

  • Do not post copyrighted material without permission
  • Respect the privacy of others
  • Do not post inappropriate or offensive content
  • Include only relevant information about lost or found items

6. Liability Disclaimer

Mafkod is a platform for connecting users and is not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of item descriptions or claims
  • The outcome of interactions between users
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged items
  • Any disputes between users

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Mafkod, except user-generated content, are the property of Mafkod and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mafkod harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
